Who pays my assistant?
They are paid by us. You, in turn, pay SpeakUp Staffing.
What happens if I am unsatisfied with my hire?
This doesn't happen very often. That said, if at any time you are not completely satisfied, we'll replace your assistant, free of charge.
Are there any other fees besides the flat monthly?
We have a $499 start up fee which offsets our recruitment time and cost. Otherwise, there are no other costs or fees.
Is this a full time hire?
Yes. 8 working hours per day, 5 days a week. You and your assistant may set the work schedule however you'd like.
Can I hire part time?
No. In our experience, you will find so many more tasks to hand over to your that you hadn’t thought of before. And any "free" time can (and should) be spent prospecting.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. All we ask is if you would like to cancel, you can do so at any time with a 30-day notice. This is out of respect to your assistant.
What about bonuses?
We periodically bonus your assistant depending on your feedback and overall satisfaction. You don't pay any extra for that, as we account for that in our monthly rate.
Your assistant might just be doing such a great job, that you want to also pay a "spot" bonus. While not required or expected, that's great! We'll always pay your assistant the entire amount that you decide.
What about the "13th month"?
The 13th Month is an extra month's salary given to employees in the Philippines, typically paid out at the end of the year. This is expected with every employer in the country, and a valued tradition. We take care of this payment as well, so you don't have to worry about it.
